The Doctor wants me to have surgery for my Knee & Joint Pain…
Can I AVOID this and still FIX my problem?
These are obvious questions and concerns most people have when they start feeling that piercing pain in their knee and joints
Will I be able to workout again?

Will this affect every aspect of my life and keep me from the things that I enjoy?
Are there other solutions other than pills, injections, or surgery of which the doctors are telling me I cannot avoid??
There are not only alternatives to surgery, but there are real solutions for final RECOVERY!
MOST KNEE SURGERIES DO NOT FULLY WORK!
According to recent studies, there is some undeniable proof that knee surgeries for Meniscus Tears, are not fully warranted and, at times, keep the problem alive
WHAT IF I HAD AN MRI SHOWING A MENISCUS TEAR IN MY KNEE?
You say you may or may not have had an MRI for your knee pain…
Check out these two recent studies on the subject and do the thinking for yourself:

These studies clearly show that surgery is NOT the cure to heal more than 80% of these tears.
WHAT I FOUND OUT ABOUT KNEE AND JOINT PAIN
At conferences, I…Dr. Ofir Isaac of ALLCARE PHYSICAL THERAPY in BROOKLYN…
had conversations over lunch with top Orthopedic Surgeons…
at Hospital for Special Surgery in Brooklyn &
Maiminides Bone and Joint Center and even NYU Hospital for Joint Disease…
Who also agree that Meniscus Surgery…
for people over the age of 40 with arthritis, should NOT get the procedure and that PHYSIOTHERAPY is the BEST TOOL for RECOVERY!
INTRODUCTION TO PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapists, especially those at ALLCARE PHYSICAL THERAPY in BROOKLN, provide what is known as “ACTIVE” approaches to Physical Therapy…
Empowering their patients to help themselves through exercise and manipulations, rather than the “PASSIVE” Treatments of their counterparts.
Recovery is a commitment to one’s own healing process without the use of addictive pain medications, painful injections, and unnecessary surgeries.
They essentially teach you how to alleviate your own pain, by teaching where exactly your pain is coming from.
From a Neurological position.
LEARNING NEUROLOGICAL PAIN SCIENCE… WHERE IS YOUR KNEE AND JOINT PAIN COMING FROM?
Here’s a video I made to explain what knee and joint pain is and where it may truly be originating from… WATCH AND LEARN!
What is Causing my Knee Pain? (Neurology of Pain)
A lot of people ask me, “Why am I having knee pain?”
They’re concerned.
I’m a runner as well, and sometimes I get a creaky sound in my knee cap… that crunching noise or when I squat down, or get up from a chair.
After I go for a run I start thinking maybe I have arthritis…
A lot of people are also scared to go running because they think they’re going to get arthritis.
There’s actually a study below
And as you can see it says that running is actually good for your knees!
Does that make any sense to you?
If you read the study it will!
They found that in runners what happens is the creaking noises that you’re feeling in between your knee cap, is really just your tissues that have fluid between them… and those tissues get overworked… and that fluid builds up.
It doesn’t mean that there’s arthritis or a breakdown of your joints.
Everybody gets a little break down of their joints… but that’s not what’s causing your pain…
Actually what’s causing your pain is not your structure, like your meniscus, or your knee cap, or any other structure like the ligaments in your knee…
What really causes pain, in over 92 per cent of people, has been proven that it’s not muscle or bone… it’s actually your nervous system!
Your neurophysiology…
The nerves that give power to your quadriceps… as you can see over here in the anatomy…
Those nerves are called the femoral nerve.
And the femoral nerve gives power to the quadriceps and it prevents the quadriceps from overworking.
Now when you’re running or squatting… or doing a lot of leg pressing in the gym… that can create a lot of work for those muscles and squeeze the femoral nerve.
If you stretch it, it’s going to make it worse!
“RESETS” TO HELP YOUR KNEE AND JOINT PAIN
The “RESETS” that I show you over here… actually create Symmetry and balance and unlock that femoral nerve that’s causing that pain…
And you’ll feel immediate changes in seconds or minutes that will eliminate your stiffness, tightness, and a locked feeling by doing these resets… and you won’t feel pain.
If that’s definitely what the case is…
And this reset or stretch makes you feel better…
Then most certainly the pain was not coming from structure…like bone or any ligaments or anything of that nature…
And you.can go right back to all the things that you love!
What if your Doctor or Orthopedic tells you that you must have Knee Surgery?
If you’ve been told by, let’s say, your orthopedic at King’s Highway Orthopedic Associates in Brooklyn
or your doctor at Maimonides Bone & Joint Center
or informed at The Hospital for Special Surgery
that you have a tear in the knee that may require surgery, do not worry… there are alternatives out there.
Knee surgery can be quite painful and difficult to recover. and much of the time it isn’t necessary.
YOUR ALTERNATIVE TO KNEE SURGERY
At ALLCARE PHYSICAL THERAPY in Brooklyn, we can explore these alternatives with an ACTIVE Neurological Approach to your knee physical therapy.
We teach YOU how to fix your knee problems through intensive exercises and a complete retraining of those nerves that are causing your actual pain.
